IMPORTANT: when you book with Ebro Expert, you are agreeing to abide by our terms and conditions in full. It is the responsibility of the person or persons booking with us, to ensure that all members of the fishing party are aware of and agree with our terms and conditions with no exceptions.

No representatives of Ebro Expert will be held responsible for our guest’s behavior or their safety on their fishing holiday with us. All guests are expected to maintain a reasonable standard of behavior throughout their holiday whilst in the town, apartments, and on the river bank. We reserve the right to terminate any person’s holiday with immediate effect, if their behavior is in our opinion, or opinion of others, is likely to cause distress, damage, danger, or annoyance to other people or to property. In this event, the company shall be under no liability to refund, compensate or pay any cost incurred by any guest whose holiday is so terminated. Guests are responsible for the replacement cost of any pieces of equipment or articles damaged, misused, lost, or stolen whilst in their possession during their holiday period. Very occasionally it may be necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control to change some parts of the holiday package or fishing arrangements, in which event Ebro Expert will try to maintain the high standards of the Ebro Expert holiday package. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your holiday please speak to Colin Bunn directly as soon as possible, so that we have the opportunity to resolve the problem as soon as possible. When boat fishing, buoyancy jackets are provided, and their use is strongly recommended. Non-use is entirely at the guest’s own risk.

Seat belts are to be worn at all times when traveling in all vehicles by law and also for your safety. When using our free airport transfer service, in the event of any delays, breakdowns, or accidents, we are not responsible to cover any costs incurred to continue your journey or for missed flights. We highly recommend you obtain personal and travel insurance to cover you in the event of an accident, canceled or delayed flights, or injury or death. It is also recommended that you obtain a Global Healthcare Insurance Card (GHIC) which can be applied for on the NHS website in case of illness, injury, or death to avoid any costs for medical treatments or repatriation.

HEALTHCARE IN SPAIN FOR UK PASSPORT HOLDERS

THE GHIC
Now that the UK is no longer part of the European Union, there are now two types of healthcare cover available when traveling overseas – the UK GHIC (UK Global Healthcare Insurance Card) or if you have rights under the Withdrawal Agreement, the UK EHIC (European Healthcare Insurance Card).
For most people, the UK GHIC replaces the UK EHIC for new applications, although if you have the EHIC card, you can still use it until the expiry date.

On occasions, in some areas of the river, there may be fishing competitions or rowing practices occurring where we may be asked to stop fishing for a short period or asked to move positions. This is out of our control and we will endeavor to make the best decision for your fishing. There is also one week in mid-September when the whole town of Mequinenza is on a Fiesta (holiday) and it can be very busy and noisy at this time. Some people love it at this time so please be aware of this when planning your trip.

When paying the balance for your holiday in Euros, the exchange rate on the day of your arrival will be used to calculate the amount due and not poor exchange rate from airports, etc.

Any photos taken or videos of fish caught on Ebro Expert can be used by us for advertising but cannot, under any circumstances be used to advertise or promote any other company involved in fishing tours in Spain.
